Question No Sound, can't find the correct Driver or something? (Windows 2003)

I just load Windows 2003 onto a 10 GB HDD.
The Motherboard is a ASUS A7N266-E with a ACR-A6CH Audio card, shows as Lagacy Audio Drivers under Device Manager. In the Control Panel (CP)/Sound and Audio Devices/Volume tab, all options are grayed out. Under the Audio tab, things show to be set at Modem #0 with no other options. Window XP driver doesn't seem to work and if I try to play a sound file, I get an error (no audio device found).

Anyone have any clues where I can find the correct driver or one that will work? The ASUS site doesn't have it, and the ASUS site forum seems to have closed down.

    Thanks

    Windows Audio Service is Enabled.
