Can anyone tell my why, in Win XP/Pro, a user with full rights to the hard drive would not be able to see an application that has been installed? For example, I installed an app with the "User" account on the workstation, which is administrator equivalent, and even the Administrator account cannot see it under Programs. Users that log in from the domain cannot see it, even though I've given them full rights to the application folder (and even to the entire hard drive).

I've recently converted my XP machines to NTSF from FAT32. Would this have anything to do with it?
