Error: No Paging File
After I log on Windows XP, the error message that goes something like 'Your System Has No Paging File, or the Paging File is Too Small' appears. I tried to follow the http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...b;en-us;q315270 file (I went to Security Permissions through regedit at local machines instead of going to c:\->File->Properties->Security Tab, which the tab doesn't exist, though I doubt that changes anything). That did not change anything. Does anyone know what is wrong?
My paging file is set at 4096, but I have no pagefile.sys (it is not hidden, it simply doesn't exist), so modifying the pagingfile through regedit (a value of C:\pagefile.sys 4096 4096) did not change anything.)
The paging file does not work with system managed either. I do have 20gb of free space...
