I tried to play a dvd (first time in a couple years). i d/l blazedvd to play it on. Played all the promo up to where you tell it to play the movie. It told me my system doesn't support macromedia. What can do?

System is p3 500, winxp home, 256ram. Not sure about dvd drive. Is 3 yrs old and either 4 or 6 x.
