Possible Solution For RAM G.T. 256MB
For those who use MB's that have Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG and may be experiencing crashing problems and BSOD's after increasing their system's memory to an amount greater than 256MB, go into into CMOS Setup/Advanced Chipset Features/DRAM Clock/Drive Control and change the memory's 'Command Drive Strength' from 'Lo' to 'Hi'.
This modification fixed things for me when increasing from 256MB to 512MB of PC-2100 DDR SDRAM on an Abit KR7A-133.
