I have Administration Rights,however whenever I close the computer down of a night(after setting a new toolbar and locking it) the computer say's "logging off....saving your settings....Windows is shutting down.

When I turn the comp on the next day,the "new" toolbar has gone once again!
I have tried several times but believe it may have something to do with the "Logging off" thing.....any suggestions...please!
