I can't remove AudioGalaxy from my computer!!
Hi,
I have a spyware-free version of AudioGalaxy on my computer which also has a different ui.dll file in it. It has always worked fine.
I tried to remove it today and add/remove programs said an error occurred and it may have already been uninstalled! All of the files and the satelite are still on my computer! I went into the program and found this uninstall.log:

Why does it say Administrative privileges are needed to uninstall this software? This is a home computer. Could there be something in the registry preventing me from uninstalling it?
I can put the original AG ui.dll in this program but I don't want to complicate anything, and I have no idea if that would help or not.
Does anyone know how I can remove AG?
Thanks very much.
Sincerely, Nancy
