Hide Inactive Icons
Computer won't hold "Hide Inactive Icons" in system tray setting. The appropriate box is checked. It will work for a few days. Then the little arrows will disappear and all the icons are visible again. Rebooting will not fix. I do a system restore and "hide" once again is enabled. But, in a few days it will again become disabled. The check remains in the "Hide Inactive Icons" box, but it does not work. In reading other forums, it appears that a lot of people have this same problem. But no one has any suggestions. There are a lot of smart people here and surely someone has an idea how to fix this.

Thanks a lot.
