A couple weeks after installing a Radeon VE 7000 video card my (1999yr.)HP monitor now shows a message, at every boot up, stating: "Self Diagnosis...Display Settings Correct?"...and then proceeds to work fine.
Anything to check or try?
The new card came with a new computer (custom). Thanks for any advise.
