Hi all.

I have this Aureal SQ1500 sound card installed and has this digital out that I have tried connecting to the digital in of my 1100 watt home theater and cannot get sound.

I used a 12 foot OFC cable with RCA plugs, is this the correct cable for digital connections?

Home theater was set to digital for the input.

I have tried both 32 and 48 KHZ settings with no dice.

Either the card is not giving output, or I'm using the incorrect cable.

I'm inexpeirenced with Coax, I'm an fiber optic type.

Ideas?
