I'm using Outlook Express 5 in Windows NT 4.0. At some point in the recent past (I don't know exactly when) I became unable to open email attachments sent to me that have the basic .eml extension. When I try to open the attachment nothing happens. I've tried saving the attachment and opening it separately. Outlook Express opens, but there is nothing there. I went into the file types tab to see if there was a problem with the extension association, but I couldn't even find the .eml file type listed. I then tried to create a new file type with .eml extension, but couldn't because it said that it already existed. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem, and how I can fix it?
