linux on a (very) old box
hi everybody,
i´m new to this forum, and also to linux.
i´ve recently finished installing linux on a 486 33mhz, 16mb ram with a 100mg hd.
i have used the distribution that i found in: http://tiny.seul.org/es/
that distribution is severely ´crippled´, in order to fit inside small hds.
my questions are:
- where i can find a very small x client and a very small window manager.
the distribution i have doesn´t even have a gcc compiler
- do i need one to install an x client?
- is there a c small compiler around?
