1762, 162 POST errors
In the last month, I have added CD Rom, sound card, speakers, and memory to my IBM 330-466 DX2.
Then I upgraded Windows 3.1, to 95, Excel & Word to Office 97, and installed ICQ, IE, & Prodigy. (& the new Winzip)
Believe it or not, I have only 1 really aggravating problem. Each time I boot this machine, I get the POST error 1762:
configuration change has occured (yeah, no joke). Sometimes, just for a change, I
get 1762 & 162.
I know a configuration change has occured. I can't seem to find the solution
to the PC's problems in setup. How can I get it to quit telling me this, and to just get on with it's POST?
Thanks so much,
Marie
