hi guys just a few questions for you bout windows xp HOME edition i will keep it in 1 post so i dont spam the boards.

the first is does windows xp he have a backup program like win98 + me had ? it was called backup i think.
we have a computer here at the shop that has backup on it but it is using windows xp pro and has been upgraded from me so it may have been left it from the upgrade.

my second question is a brand new dell computer has been bought in by a customer for us to look at before he uses it to check it for any errors etc...
anyway everytime i boot get the error message The system has recovered from a serious error blah blah blah please tell microsoft about this error i usally click dont send but it when i click send it still wont go away next time i boot.
is there anyway i can get rid of this or disable the send to microsoft stuff ?

and my last thanx for reading this far is does anybody know of a way of getting a hp colorado 20gb tape drive to work with xp ? hp directed us to a company called VERITAS because they no longer support the drive so along we went and bought the software that we was led to think would work but it didnt so we phoned veritas to ask why and they said it dosnt work but gave us a refund.

so is there any magic way of getting this to work?

thanx for reading Mike
