NT Keyboard Lockup
I am a new NT administrator. I went to set
up a new account and the computer was locked.
It displays the A-C-D logon box but does not
respond. Since I have had security concerns
in the past with a student administrator, I
want to be certain this is a non-connected
event. I can still view files remotely, but
cannot logon locally. Is there a way to
bypass this short of re-booting cold? At
this point, only I have domain and admin
rights as far as I know.
