I have just installed a modem onto our NT server for internet connection, however, I can only achieve a connection through the modem if I disable TCP/IP on the NIC. When I do this, users can not use the modem to browse the Internt through Proxy as they can not make a TCP/IP connection to the server!?!

I have tried all different combinations in the binding order, however, it doesn't work unless I disable it.

Any suggestions please.
