cannot change display settings---HELP
am unable to change display settings . when right clicking on desktop or clicking on display in Control Panel. I get a Visual C++ runtime error mesage ..also says something about C:\WIndows\Rundll32.exe ...Improper Program Termination. When I click on okay to close the error message the icons on my desktop disappers as well as the task bar at the bottom seems like Explorer is shutting down. then I have to hit the power button to reboot Windows 98 SE ...My machine is a HP 950Mhz 256k RAM.,,etc. Any suggestions for fixing this problem. thanks.
