This silly laptop will not let me disable safe boot not is legacy in the BIOS setup
There fore I could not boot to bootable USB drives.

Used Win 10 and formatted Fat32

Used Rufus and selected "GPT partition for EUFI"

Used F12, Booted to the stick!

Now you just may have to have the 'efi' & 'efi/boot' folders changed to UPPER case; ie 'EFI' & 'EFI/BOOT'.
