When I use Start, Help and Support I get:

Windows Help and Support (window title)
Topic not found.
The topic you are looking for is not available in this version of Windows. For additional assistance, see More support options.
When I click on the "More Support Options" link nothing happens.

When I click the offline help section in the lower right of this window there are options for online help and offline help, but changing them to either does not solve the error message above. What can be done? I searched the internet and cannot find a solution.

If I use the "browse" button, this works and I can see the help file...it is only the initial screen that is messed up.
