Windows 7 Installation CD

My laptop did not come with a win7 install CD. How do I determine what version/level of Win 7 is installed on my laptop and d/l a cd to fit?

Running: (1) Windows 7 Home Premium (Dell Studio 540)
and (2) Windows XP Home SP3 (Dell Optiplex 330)
