    Can't boot from DVD drive

    My daughter's laptop has become corrupted, so I'm trying to re-install Win7.
    It's a Dell Inspiron and I put my Win7 install DVD (not a Dell DVD) into the drive, but can't figure out how to boot to the DVD drive.
    Can someone tell me how to boot to the Setup / Config so I can change the boot priority?

    (btw, I also tried Dell's built in backup and recovery... 3 times, also tried the startup repair and that didn't work either.)
