[RESOLVED] Multiple Drop Box shortcuts on one PC?
We have two clients who wish to share their Drop Box folders with us. We would like to do this on one central PC due to the representative here who needs to deal with both clients in question. But can you have multiple drop box shortcuts on one desktop, pointing to different account folders? Maybe this is simple, but since we didn't set up the drop boxes in question, but rather just want to respond to the invite, I'm asking BEFORE something goes south from us trying. BTW, Drop Box themselves had a pretty interesting response to this question, and I quote:
Dropbox Support, Jun 24 12:13 am (PDT):
Hi,
Thanks for writing in. While we'd love to answer every question we receive, we can't get back to you at this time.
If you need to restore a lot of files, please take these steps: https://www.dropbox.com/help/400
Also, check out our help center for solutions to the most frequent questions: https://www.dropbox.com/help
We're sorry for the inconvenience,
The Dropbox Team
which; needless to say, is a literally worthless and unacceptable response.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I am on this particular software has already investigated this... TIA
