Is there an application where it could get the information or property of a DVD or CD? When I said information, I mean the "file system" it was burned in (ISO or UDF), size, etc...

Also, when burning authored home movies in the format of DVD, should I be using UDF since that is the latest format? Will that be the most compatible for regular DVD Players?
