Restarted system to discover that the desktop had gone blank save for the Cmputer Icon and the Trashcan. I could not access Internet Explorer without double-clicking the C: drive icon and then navigating to iexplore. If I double-clicked other possibilities, the word "Empty" appeared.
I followed the instructions, Steps 1-4, in the Intensive Care Unit and submit the following logs:
