I got a Toshiba BDX2150 for $40 from Best-Buy as a Black Friday deal.

First of all, yes, I expected such a cheap Blu-Ray player to not have WiFi and yes, I realize that many of them purposely lock you into a propitiatory adapter.

To my complete non-surprise, when I got it, it requires a $50 propitiatory adapter, a Toshiba WLM-10NB1.

I know that the WLM-10NB1 is propitiatory so you can't just use any WiFi adapter, but considering the player itself was only $40.... has anyone made any unofficial 3rd party adapters that would be compatible with the WLM-10NB1? Or are there any good WiFi Ethernet Bridges that I can use instead that cost less than $50?

I refuse to play Toshiba's little game of overpriced propitiatory WiFi for what should be an industry standard.
