I have this problem that I have every now and then. I lose both the right and left click menu's. All I can see is a line (Outline) of where the menu should be. My fix has been to go to Windows Color and Appearance and change and change back so that I can Apply. That will fix it for a time. Vista Home Premium SP2 32 bit

Any ideas what my problem and real fix is?
