I used to drag desktop icons to the unlocked task bar with Vista. I'm now using Windows 7 64-bit. When I drag an icon to the task bar, i.e., the Outlook icon, it says "pin to explorer?" and won't stay in the the task bar. Is there a way to drag quick launch icons to the task bar?
