Friend asked me to look at it but I think It's obvious. He had an older Sony Vaio using a universal ps with a switch on the side that someone (his child maybe or him) changed the voltage from 19v to 24v and it fried something. I am guessing the motherboard but just wanted to checkin with the experts here to confirm it. If you know anything different let me know.
