Hi Broni i really hope you can help me

I have an infected Windows 7 x32 machine with a lot of infected files, the machine is very slow when Office is opened, i have too much problems in the system when i open or close any files. The machine is very slow since start.

I have problems in GMER, the unique form to scan it is in Safe Mode & uncheck the devices option.
