[RESOLVED] ACRONIS--Logon not valid
Hello, ............... With my WindowsXP and Acronis True Image Home 2009, build 9809 I cannot make either a full or a file backup. The Warning message states: "The login information is not valid. Are you sure you want to continue?" This has only been happening recently, and previously I did not have this problem. Whether I click Yes or No the backup is never started.
Under the Process tab in Task Manager the User name is given as XXXXX for TrueImage.exe. This designation is also used for programs that I have added to my system. Alternately when in the Acronis program under: "Run with credentials" the designation shown is: XXXXX-19B3D7vxyz\XXXXX. I have tried various parts of this designation to no avail.
I have sent a message to Acronis (with the serial code) discussing this problem and received no response. Since the Acronis forums require the proper Logon, I'm blocked from using them. It seems to me that the correct logon must be somewhere in my computer. Does anyone have a solution to my situation?
