I'm not a big follower of any televised sport, but I have watched the occasional game from this series of the World Cup, and thoroughly enjoyed them all.

However I will concede that the sentiments expressed in this thread are not uncommon. I have seen soccer described a boring elsewhere. I find this amazing, it is far from boring. It is a marvelous game full of tactics and skill. All I can assume is that those who describe it as boring either do not understand the game or suffer from ADHD.
