My friend's computer starts up with this fake program. I can't get past the screen that has the info on it at all. I've tried to start it in safe mode, but it's still there. I tried ctrl+alt+del to get to taskmanager, but I got the message that it was disabled by administrator. Is there a way to get past this screen so I can clean out the startup and start from there? Please let me know. Thanks.
