VoIP over satellite?
I currently have Vonage and TimeWarner cable. For over two years I haven't had a single interruption due to their malfunction and the sound quality is superb. It's hard to understand both Directv and Dish Network marketing language, yet it appears that both offer hundreds of TV channels and DSL for Internet (and telephone). I don't want to go back to slow DSL, even both satellite networks are much cheaper. Besides, I suspect that VoIP over satellite is unreliable: if I cannot watch TV during snowstorm it would be a minor inconvenience, while depriving me of 911 connection is unlawful.
Who knows for sure?
