Problems burning DVDs
hi folks,
So I've got my files lined up in the burn queue, I place a brand new "Verbatim" DVD in the tray and close it, my computer reads the dvd and discovers it is blank and has 4489 mb of space, so I click burn.
After a few seconds of whirring noises and initializing, the CD pops out and I get the usual message telling me that I have successfully burnt 17 files to the disk.........except I haven't.
There was no indication of the % of recording that is in progress as would be normal and it was all over much too quickly.
There is nothing on the disk.
The same thing happens when I try another computer which would suggest the disk is at fault, but this has happened with the last lot of disks I got from the market at 15 euros and with a new batch I got from a legit computer shop at the extortionate price of €22.50.
I've also tried downloading another DVD burning programme but that didn't work either.
Anybody got any suggestions?
