Combofix says:
REDUCED FUNCTIONALITY MODE
which means, you didn't update it, when asked by Combofix.
In the future, please, follow prompts.

Uninstall Combofix:
Go Start > Run
Type in:
combofix /u
Note the space between the "combofix" and the "/u"
Restart computer.
