Need some help with a 3 Com hub, model TP16C, 3C16702.

This is a hub installed at my work. There has been a new company that has taken over the business and subsequently there is no one left that knows the configuration settings for our network. All of the hardware is left intact but we have had to get new internet service and I need to get inside this hub to configure the settings.

I'm pretty sure that it used to be 10.1.4.1, which I have tried several times with no success. I've also tried every other default IP address that I could think of.

If I set my computer to DHCP it will not acquire an address. But, if I set my settings manually, with 10.1.4.200, it says it is connected but I still cannot get inside to the config. pages.

Does anyone know how to get into this hub, or how to reset it back to factory settings?
