Download vs Upload speeds
I have a cable connection and just to make sure I am getting what I am paying for, I run a speed test nearly every day. My download speed is always about the same, right around 9.7 Mb/s. What is odd is that I've noticed that my upload speed has dropped considerably and is now down to about 1 Mb/s. Is this something I can correct or does that have to be done by my provider?
