Whenever I reboot my system I get a warning that my Norton anti virus is turned off and to click the balloon window to "fix this problem".
If I wait a minute or two, my Norton Auto Protect enables and the warning balloon goes away. If I re-install Norton the problem goes away but re-appears soon after. It,s like something is shutting it off at boot up for a liitle bit. I have scanned for viruses and also use spybot and Malware bytes. All report nothing. My version of Norton is Norton Anti Virus 2004. Any ideas?
I am using Win XP sp2.
