I don't have permissions for folders
I'm running Vista Home Premium. During a recent spyware scan I had nothing better to do so I kept my eye on the files being scanned and found that I had a lot of duplicate files and folders. This is probably a result of transferring files from a previously crashed hard drive.
Anyway, I was trying to clean up and on SOME folders like Temporary Internet Files I get the message that I do not have permission to access the folder. When I try to change the permissions, it looks like they are changed by I get a message saying there is an error in saving the new permissions and I still can't get in. I'm set up as an Administrator so I don't get it.
Any ideas?
