I have exchange 2007 and I am having problems sending email to some domains. The domains are blocking me for some reason. I am not on any black lists. In the queue viewer, I get 451 primary target ip address responded with 421 unable to connect. Any suggestions on why I keep getting blocked by certain domains would be helpful.
