I get a realtime infection alert that says:

The Win32/Swimnag!generic was detected in
C:\Windows\System32\ADABCDFCCCBAB.DLL

I go and try to delete it: says it's being used and can't. This is the same reading I get in Safe Mode.

I have CE-ETrust on the pc, it doesn't pick it up, on a scan, but it is the one giving me the alerts.

Tried Spybot and Ad-ADware, nothing.

I see only one place on the web says they can cure it,

but I don't know if I can trust them, since they seem to be the only ones, maybe they are the guilty party in the first place.

Found some info from CE and the said it in the registry these files are effective.
