I've been having some strange things happening to my machine. I thought that I'd taken care of it at one point but I'm still seeing some strange things happening. For example, I can't change my desktop background anymore. The browse button is greyed out and no matter what picture I select it won't change.

There are other things going on too, but I was wondering if someone could check out my log and help me out. The log file is attached. Thanks in advance.
