The file is BASEMRE32.DLL it is located in system32 folder. When I remove it with super anti spyware I can no longer boot the machine, no matter what mode I select it will boot to a blue screen saying stop: 0000135 {unable to located component} where I can't do anything but turn the computer off.

Where is this file being referenced? Can I remove the reference so that when the file is gone I can still boot up?

I have searched the registry and it does not list this file, hijackthis log does not list it either.
