Hi all,

I am trying to update my ZA on my Win XP Home machine, but it will not let me update b/c it continues to say that my CA Antivirus (version 8.4.0.11) is running. I have tried snoozing the AV but it still won't let me update this and says the same error - something like CA Antivirus is running and needs to be uninstalled for ZA to update.
