Video DVD is not being detected
Using XP, Dell computer and Blockbuster movies.
Video DVD is not being detected. Put video dvd in the tray, pushed tray in, and light blinks. The last 4-5 times I had the problem, I repeatedly inserted the DVD and finally it was detected, after 10-15 trials.
When I click on My computer, DVD drive, I get a message that there is no video dvd there. Click on Medial Center and get a message that there is no video dvd in the drive. Click on Media Player and Media Player does not play the dvd.
What is my problem, or better still, what is my solution?
