Hiya....

You all have seen those swing arm mounting gizmos for LCD computer monitors? They allow you to mount your monitor to desks, walls, poles, etc......

Well...I am constructing a custom one since most are expensive and don't do quite what I want mine to do. However....I need to know about the actual mounting screws that would normally come with a purchased swing arm kit. I have found that the VESA 75/100 standard (which is the one I have) calls for mounting screws that are 4mm in diameter. However....I can't find out the length or thread coarsness.

I will be going into a Home Depot to buy the things I need and screws are classified by their length, core diameter, and thread coarseness. Need to know what to buy....

Anybody know?

In case it matters....the monitor is a Samsung Syncmaster 931b (!9-inch)...and it is has the VESA 75 screw configuration as far as I can tell.
