We backup through SQL management console a database that is about 1.2G big.

We do a full backup, which appends each day.
By the end of the week this backup file grows to about 6.7G.
Does anyone know why this happens. I mean the dB is only 1.2G big.
But after the weekend backup, it grows to 6.7G.
