freezed when shutdown
Does anybody knows why on the Toshiba Satellite 4030CDT laptop sometime it freezes at the shutdown screen?
Yes, it has a built in modem, of course a network card. I don't think it has any conflict because one of the computer is installed with win98, and it never have the shutdown problem. What I have heard is the Norton Anti virus checks the floppy drive before shuts down but it just can't found the floppy (only for the laptop with removable floppy though). The 4030cdt has a built in floppy, so I really don't know why.
