Welcome to windows box. Must I keep typing cancel every time??
I'm not that well up on ME, but I guess this one's gonna be really easy for someone. My mate asked me this one, and because I'm not running ME on my PC, I couldn't check it and and work the answer out for myself.
Here goes. My mate says
"Every time I start my computer up (in ME), on my desktop, I get the dialog box titled Welcome to windows, with the message Type a user name and password to log on to windows, with my name ALREADY entered in the username box, but I don't want to enter a password. I know I can just press cancel every time, but this is really annoying. Can I just disable the whole password box at start up"?
Cheers all. I'm not being lazy, it's just that without seeing the message, I can't envisage it, so can't work out the problem.
