This is a slight rehash of this problem. I reloaded my Win98SE on a new hard drive and have since had several problems. For example, on this webpage if I go to my private messages and click on download text, it works fine. Doing the same thing over at the Seymour Duncan forum gets me this:



This happens on other websites for mp3 downloads too. Here's the kicker though, I can log-off my screen name, and log-on to my wife's screen name, (Windows Family logon), and all these things work.

I've got to believe that this is something in my security or privacy settings, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what. I hope someone can come up with some ideas.
